Exchange & Return Policy

  • Kindly exchange the unused items with the price tags within 07 DAYS from the date of receiving the order. The returns are not applicable for made to measure and bespoke garments but are accepted for ready to wear products.

  • Abkasa would not accept the products that are in bad condition. Torn garments would not be accepted. Abkasa would not accept products that have been altered by the customer in any manner.

  • The exchange can be done by logging into the customer’s Abkasa Account. The customer would be asked to send the product with a  reliable courier. 

  • The exchange can also be done by contacting us on whatsapp on our number +91-9711251141 for a quicker response. Please do not call and wait for a reply on whatsapp. 
  • We do not accept returns.

  • Abkasa credits would be issued within 3 working days and can be used to make purchases from www.abkasa.com only.

  • We do not accept returns.

  • We do not accept returns or exchange of articles bought on sale/ discount. 
  • The orders that are placed with Abkasa credits, the balance amount would be transferred to the Abkasa credits account as Abkasa credit points.

  • Kindly pack and seal the products carefully. Write the address: RETURN ADDRESS:  ABKASA DESIGNER APPARELS PVT LTD , 33/24, SITE-2, LONI ROAD, MOHAN NAGAR, GHAZIABAD-201007.

  • Alterations: Please inform within 10 days of receiving the order if you require any alteration on the garment. The discretion to accept alterations and determine the course of remedial action (alteration or remake) remains the sole right of ABKASA. Alterations are completely dependent on the margins provided in the product.

  •  - If you have any questions or problems whatsoever then please call or email us and we will endeavour to solve whatever trouble you have in a timely and efficient manner.

 

   Cancellation and replacement

  • Replacement can only be done on ready to wear products and only in size if the product is available in the stock. Once the replacement request has been confirmed, our team would start the replacement process.
  • If you receive a wrong product, you can raise a replacement request at info@abkasa.com
