A playful kurta done in olive green is all shimmer and glam, thanks to its sleeves that certainly form the highlight of the entire set. Rectangle-shaped sequences in gold and silver have been hand embroidered on the sleeves to form a geometric grid pattern.
The front has vertical lines achieved through pin tucks. The hem of the kurta sport two parallel lines in mustard that serve as a border. The placket sports antique gold metal buttons. Mandarin collar and cuffs complete the design.
For the bandi, the intricate hand embroidered panel of gold and silver sport embroidery done with zari yarns and gota. The olive green bandi has a pleated front with panels making a zig-zag design through pleats. The back has been kept simple.
The front placket is concealed and the fronts overlap beyond the centre line. A stiff mandarin collar with pin tucks and stitch lines adds to the rich appeal.
It is a set of three with the kurta, trousers and bandi in the same TR fabric.
Fabric is 100% Terry rayon (Suiting fabric) with a natural sheen, sourced from one of the finest mills in the world. The collar and cuffs are stiff as we use very high quality and best in the world interlinings that add to your confidence quotient. We leave margins on the sides for alterations. We do not use feeder machine for sides and sleeves but put individual stitches for strength and durability that increases our construction time.
This design is exclusive to the brand ABKASA and all the little details have been added carefully by deciding and placing the design elements in position and executed by skilled craftsman creating the final design.
